Welcome to SUBB – Southampton University Brass Band!
We are a collective of enthusiastic and friendly students and alumni who meet every Sunday night at 7pm in the union cafe. Any students are encouraged to grab a brass/percussion instrument and come and join us.
If you are new and you’re interested in joining SUBB, please fill out our new members form, and don’t forget to join us for our Freshers events!

About the band:
SUBB was founded in 2007, and is a non-auditioned band, allowing members to have fun playing music in a relaxed atmosphere. We play a very wide range of music, and the difficulty of our repertoire varies (sometimes significantly!) from piece to piece. We like a challenge!
